Trustee Meetings

The dates for the meeting of Trustees, where grant applications will be considered, are shown below:-

• Wednesday 17^th. December 2025  (Deadline is 3rd. December 2025)
  Please note that grant applications will only be considered if they are uploaded via our grant application page on this website. Any documents which you think may help the Trustees when they are discussing your application, can be uploaded via the application form. Deadlines for applications are 2 weeks before a meeting. Any applications received after the deadline will be considered in the meeting following the meeting planned. Please note that when a grant is made we do request a formal acknowledgement. The Trustees also like to hear from successful grant applicants about how the grant has been used and this is very worthwhile and helpful for the Trustees. Whilst the Trustees use their best endeavors to grant funds to grant applicants unfortunately we do have to let you know that there is no guarantee that your request will automatically be granted. As you might expect we receive many more requests for grant applications than we can support, and so the Trustees rate the merits of each application and those which we feel will have the greatest positive effect in our community will be supported.
